My husband and I re-located from Michigan to Colorado Springs, CO. We were just driving around looking at homes and found one we liked. We called the realtor listed on the sign and were informed the home was already sold. The realtor, Michelle asked us what are interests were for housing. We also let Michelle know we only had a few days to find something before we had to get back to Michigan. She listened and the very next day Michelle had several homes lined up for us to look at. We decided on a new home which was still under construction. We did the preliminary paper work with the builder and had to get on the road back to Michigan. Michelle was our eyes and ears and kept us updated on the progress of our home. She even did an initial walk through on our behalf prior to closing. In our opinion, she took much of the stress out of a cross country move and really went above and beyond what is customarily expected from a real estate agent. I would highly recommend Michelle if you are looking for someone who has your best interest in mind.
